Our sales consultant, Maurice Diab was so pleasant and helpful, not pushy. He really tried to help us find something that would fit our need. We would ask for him again. The sales manager, Adam Smith was awesome! He was super friendly and genuinely wanted to help us get the deal we needed to get out of there. There was no back and forth dynamic, thank god! Buying a car isn't usually fun, but these two were by far some of the greatest to work with. **As a side not......Kenn Olson in service is by far one of the best service advisors I have ever worked with! We have always had amazing service by him and have been servicing our other Fords here with Ken for years. He is a great communicator and always gets us a great price. Thanks! More

I have to drive further to have my car serviced there, but it is well worth it. One time I had my car towed over 70 miles just so Ken Olsen would be the person helping me. He is friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable, and the most important—-honest! He has helped me with problems even when I was out-of-state and was concerned about an issue with the car I was driving and the repairs the dealer there said I needed. He always returns my calls and for that I am very thankful. He is a asset to the organization!! More

Kenn is the best! Ken Olsen was great at communicating and super friendly. We dropped off our 2014 Ford Edge to get an oil change. Also I asked my husband to mention a Ken Olsen was great at communicating and super friendly. We dropped off our 2014 Ford Edge to get an oil change. Also I asked my husband to mention about the sound I was hearing. Within 10 minutes after dropping off the car we heard from Ken to what the problem was. Best of all it was under warranty.
