When I called for my first service and also an alert I receive Kenn Olson has been so helpful! I bought a Lincoln from Alvarez Lincoln in Riverside. When I called for my first service and also an alert I received on my app "Lincoln Way." I found out Alvarez Lincoln no longer exists. Kenn Olson has been so helpful and was able to get the warranty work performed as well as the promised free first service. He goes above and beyond to be helpful and does so in the most professional manner. I recommend him to all my friends who have Ford products and tell them he is a Service Writer you can trust to do the right thing for you. I will always take my Lincoln to him for any service I need.
