After dealing with a game playing sales rep at one of the Mazda dealerships here in Nashville that allowed another rep to sell the car I was waiting on and another in North Carolina where the General Manager Mazda dealerships here in Nashville that allowed another rep to sell the car I was waiting on and another in North Carolina where the General Manager refused to call me after I sent him a direct message because they wanted the pad their numbers on a proposed invoice they sent me I realized I had to broaden my geographical scope to search for the specific car I wanted and very fortunately found it on the lot at Heritage Mazda of Bel Air. I reached out to Ken Arment and even though his day was over and he was headed home he took my call personally and made me feel like he was someone I could trust to do business with from a distance. The next day after going through the numbers and getting a call from his GM I rest assured that this was going to be a great buying experience and so I went and booked a flight to Baltimore. Two days later I flew in and Ken was there to pick me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership. We took the car for a spin, knocked out the remaining paperwork details, and then I met with Cassandra Foss who offered me an incredible array of aftermarket services (warranty extension, ceramic coating for the paint and the like) and at no time did I feel pressured into making a purchasing decision. If my car ends up the being the long term vehicle I was hoping for I will continue to make trips to Heritage Mazda of Bel Air for any future Mazda vehicle purchases. More

If you’re looking for a new car, I highly recommend this dealership! It’s my first time owning a Mazda. The handling is amazing and I love the design language mazda is doing. Ken was my sale rep and guided me through all the features, even helped me set up the car remote control on my phone. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I've been driving the car for the past couple weeks and still absolutely love it. More

They are giving great discount, unlike other dealerships that are still marking up their cars or selling at MSRP. If you’re looking for a new car, I highly recommend this dealership! It’s my first time owning a Mazda and I have to say the handling is amazing for an SUV. I’m not a car nut but I know enough to service my own car, I grew up with a car mechanic. We’ll see how well this car holds up over time. For now, I’m definitely recommending the brand and this dealership to everyone I know. Thank you to Ken, Eugene, and Sandra! More
