He responded to my emails with clarity and no hidden agendas. I was in and out with the car I wanted in a couple hours with minimal hassle. There were a few paperwork issues with my trade in and Ken did everything he could to make it work, including allowing me to mail paperwork back at a later date. I purchased a used 2017 Mazda 6. The car was poorly detailed and the paint scratches weren’t fixed at all which they were promised to be. When I took delivery of the vehicle I noticed a roaring from th detailed and the paint scratches weren’t fixed at all which they were promised to be. When I took delivery of the vehicle I noticed a roaring from the tires that wasn’t apparent during the test drive. It turns out the tires are ruined from the last driver not having the car aligned properly. I had to take my own time to bring the vehicle back to the dealership to have the paint fixed which was done incredibly poorly. They also claim that it was the wheel bearings causing the noise which they replaced. This is false because the noise still remains. My sales person Ken was very nice but overall what a terrible experience. I won’t be returning or recommending. More
