Ken has been great for us. He is very knowledgeable and provided us with excellent service. In this crazy car market with car shortage, ken was able to help us get two cars for myself and my wife. In the day and age of the internet I never thought I would buy a new car from a dealership. However , market as it is, I decided to give it a shot, expecting endless hassle and pushiness. I must say I w would buy a new car from a dealership. However , market as it is, I decided to give it a shot, expecting endless hassle and pushiness. I must say I was super impressed with Ken. He responded to my emails with clarity and no hidden agendas. I was in and out with the car I wanted in a couple hours with minimal hassle. There were a few paperwork issues with my trade in and Ken did everything he could to make it work, including allowing me to mail paperwork back at a later date. Very pleasantly surprised by my experience and would recommend Ken A. for anybody looking to go new. Paul Gallo was also extremely helpful. More

I purchased a used 2017 Mazda 6. The car was poorly detailed and the paint scratches weren’t fixed at all which they were promised to be. When I took delivery of the vehicle I noticed a roaring from th detailed and the paint scratches weren’t fixed at all which they were promised to be. When I took delivery of the vehicle I noticed a roaring from the tires that wasn’t apparent during the test drive. It turns out the tires are ruined from the last driver not having the car aligned properly. I had to take my own time to bring the vehicle back to the dealership to have the paint fixed which was done incredibly poorly. They also claim that it was the wheel bearings causing the noise which they replaced. This is false because the noise still remains. My sales person Ken was very nice but overall what a terrible experience. I won’t be returning or recommending. More

It’s the best new car buying experience we’ve had. Lost back of key fob. Two day’s later,, received new one. They can’t do enough for you. Love CX9 Signature and the deal!!
