Ken recieved my email , well before working hours in Florida as I sent it from the UK, I pretty much had a instant response with more pictures & a video sent to me phone by text. Within a couple of hours we'd done a deal , I mentioned I could visit the dealership within a couple of days as I was flying in from London the following day, to my suprise he said he'd pick my wife & I from Miami airport, which he did :) Ken went that extra mile as an already impressive sales representative & we appreciated his friendly & professional approach to selling a car. Had the car i was looking for, prices right, financing was super easy. I was able to complete entire transaction and drive off lot within an hour!!!!!! Unheard of with fair credit!!
