The customer experience here is not what it used to be. I have purchased two new cars here, the first one shortly after the dealership opened. They are unfriendly and not helpful. Last week, after waiting tw have purchased two new cars here, the first one shortly after the dealership opened. They are unfriendly and not helpful. Last week, after waiting two hours for an express oil change and asking the status of my car, the service advisor looked at me and asked "what is your name?" He had written up the order less that two hours before. He was quick to tell me that I will need four new tires before my lease is due in a year (12,000 miles currently). At the walk around I pointed out one of the new tires that I've replaced in the past year. "well, you'll only need three then". A month ago I asked Ken Lucas for information on the EQS (our second car is an electric Porsche) and was dismissed with "it's a year and a half away" although I have learned since that some have already placed orders. I have driven Mercedes for over 30 years and my experience last week has prompted me to consider a change for my next car. The Porsche dealership treats us like VIPs, waters and sodas while we wait, smiles and always greetings by name. More

He was professional and careful throughout the whole process, listening to our needs, showing us the car we were looking for, allowing both of us to test drive it and then finding a way to sell our vehicle right away and go home with a brand new Mercedes Benz. We went there looking for a new vehicle for my wife and the went the extra mile to help us not only find the right vehicle for our ne were excellent.
