Second time dealing with this Honda dealership. This time it definitely didn't go as quickly, unfortunately. Price we received in an email turned out to not quite be the price they then showed us after. They add on a bunch of extras whether you want them or not. This was frustrating since we expected the same as last time - the emailed price was the one they then showed us in person. Had to deal at this point which is what we were trying to avoid. However, it is still a good dealership and Kenny is a lot easier to work with than many other car salesmen we've dealt with. He definitely wants to make you happy and is also very thorough and helpful in his knowledge of the car and getting you "set up". My only suggestion is ask for "everything" included if you are first starting with an email price. This will avoid surprises. Otherwise, it would be nice if the dealership just dropped all the "extras" and left them as just that - extra and added only if the customer wants them. More

The used car I bought one month ago has been in for multiple service issues. The first issue that I had was never fully repaired so I’m bringing it back in next week. I’m giving a three star rating because I’m hoping that Honda lives up to the reputation and repairs all of my issues next week. Safe to say, I’m very happy that I got the extended warranty. More
