I have so much to say about this dealership. I had my 2017 Pilot towed here because of an unfortunate situation. The transmission went out with only 103k on the vehicle. Kevin Zatz in service broke the news to me and showed great empathy for my situation. I’ve owned Hondas my entire life and never have I ever experienced something like this. Kevin answered every phone call and responded to every question my partner and I had with great detail and care. I never felt like a burden. 2 weeks after the car was towed here, I came in to negotiate a price for my car and possible trade in. Kevin sent us to Kenny in sales. Kenny and Mousa negotiated with us and really gave us a great deal. But more importantly, they were really great to work with. They listened to our needs and concerns and we felt heard, not dismissed. This was one of the more pleasant car buying experiences I’ve had.
