I've been leasing my acura vehicle through Brianna since 2018 and I must say she does her best and in the best interest for the client Me. She is honest and straightforward and doesn't try to make you fee 2018 and I must say she does her best and in the best interest for the client Me. She is honest and straightforward and doesn't try to make you feel un any way uncomfortable. She also pays very close attention to your needs and does everything she possibly can to fulfill that. I would recommend her to anyone , in fact anyone who is seriously considering an Acura. Thank you Briaana!!! My family embraces you. More

This is my 3rd car leased with Matt and Acura and there’s a reason I keep coming back!! Matt is awesome and amazing at what he does.. he is extremely knowledgeable and treats you like family! The sales part is okay; the back, the repairs and maintenance, is horrible. You gho in for warranty repair and get your oil changed. 2 1/2 hours later they tell you the oil is done but they don't h maintenance, is horrible. You gho in for warranty repair and get your oil changed. 2 1/2 hours later they tell you the oil is done but they don't have the parts. Wait, don't hear from them so you go in again; they talk you into an oil change but the parts are not in. You check the oil and notice it is still low and filthy not new oil. And the $5. charge for windshield washer fluid which was full to over flowing when you brought it in. So you try one more time and they tell you you are out of warranty. Wrote to management; never heard back. More

Acura of Westchester is the most attentive, customer friendly and devoted to their customers. I have never had a problem with their services or buying and leasing a car. I never have to worry that I am getting the best quality car for the best possible price. I will never go to any other Acura dealership. I've also worked with Brianna for many years and as she is the BEST. Extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles the best plans to put me in and very thorough in all aspects from purchase to delivery and beyond. More
