I have worked in the automotive business since 1998. I grew up in Odessa Tx and attended the University of North Texas. Here at Steve Landers I want to provide customers with a no-pressure buying experience. My goal is to help find a vehicle that suits their needs perfectly. Outside of work I love to spend time with my wife and children. We made the move here to NWA to be closer to my wife’s family. Did all of this via phone/email and showed up to the dealership a few days later and I spent maybe an hour max signing papers and test driving. Such a good first car buying experience. More

Great Car Buying Experience I was directed to this dealership through the Sams Club Auto Buying Service. I was contacted via email by a salesman named Kenny Merritt. He suggested I was directed to this dealership through the Sams Club Auto Buying Service. I was contacted via email by a salesman named Kenny Merritt. He suggested we speak by phone so I called him. He was able to help me very quickly because I knew exactly what I wanted. I drove the two hours to Steve Landers Toyota later that day. Kenny was waiting for me when I arrived. He made good on the deal we agreed to over the phone. He was also able to get me good money on my trade-in vehicle. Overall great experience! I’m thrilled with my new car. I would return to this dealership again. Working out the financial agreement and trade with Kenny and his manager was very quick. The only part of this experience that was not perfect was waiting in line for the finance department- but there were others ahead of me so it was unavoidable. I give Steve Landers Toyota and Kenny Merritt an A+ More

Good People To Work With I found the truck I was interested in online. I inquired as to the availability and received a call from a salesman. I was going to be out of town for I found the truck I was interested in online. I inquired as to the availability and received a call from a salesman. I was going to be out of town for a week so he got back in touch when I returned. We were able to make the deal after a few calls. I live two hours away from Rogers so it is not my local dealership but I had been there a couple of months earlier with a friend who bought a car for his wife. I liked the dealership then and decided to give them a try on my next purchase. It worked very well for me and I will go back for future purchases. More

When it came time to sign, everything was in order. It was an excellent experience all the way around. By the way, we did all of this with two young children. There was a TV and a play area and plenty of snacks :-) More
