I have worked in the automotive business since 1998. I grew up in Odessa Tx and attended the University of North Texas. Here at Steve Landers I want to provide customers with a no-pressure buying experience. My goal is to help find a vehicle that suits their needs perfectly. Outside of work I love to spend time with my wife and children. We made the move here to NWA to be closer to my wife’s family. Great experience with the sales, finance, and management team. Only issue was, upon purchasing my brand new 2019 highlander, we went to leave and the vehicle wouldn’t start. I think there should be policy team. Only issue was, upon purchasing my brand new 2019 highlander, we went to leave and the vehicle wouldn’t start. I think there should be policy change in that the vehicles are started on a regular basis to ensure the batteries and components don’t go bad. Had to take a loaner home on day of purchase. More

The experience was good overall. There were some miscommunications on costs which caused some unnecessary hours to be wasted, but happy nonetheless. The communication was great and he delivered exactly what I asked for and more. He took us through all the car options in detail to show us everything it had to offer.
