Today you were not at your best , told I needed a wheel alignment(just had one about 9,500 miles ago) same with my tires told might need replacement then told I was good. I realize your business is to se alignment(just had one about 9,500 miles ago) same with my tires told might need replacement then told I was good. I realize your business is to sell, but honestly would sell you more and keep , customers coming. Also paying $140 for an oil change even though supposedly you do the 127 check, is kind of steep, since am in there almost every month and a half for oil change due work related miles. Other than that I do like the quick walk in service , and the nice waiting area with the best coffee. More

I bought my car here, I have always serviced my car with them, and for the most part I'm happy with the work they do. But the last time I serviced my car there they replaced all 4 new tires, I paid over $20 them, and for the most part I'm happy with the work they do. But the last time I serviced my car there they replaced all 4 new tires, I paid over $2000 for it. After the service I check out and paid and everything was fine I took the car, it's my fault for not checking before leaving the facility but I was busy, I trusted them because I've never really had an issue. Left and went home I did what I had to do and when I finally got done I decided to check the tires. To my surprise all 4 rims where scratched with the nail that removes and helps to put the tires. I went to the dealership right away and explained what happened, I only had one flat tire in the last 3 years and I bought the replacement tire from them and besides that no one ever had touched the car because I only serviced my car with them. And every rim on my car is $2000 each. I was respectful, I stayed calm even though I was really mad. Well, they told me that their nail doesn't do that but since I was a customer they will take care of me (Repair the rims). I felt so happy, in my mind I was saying this guys are so great, everything nothing but compliments. The advisor told me to go on Wednesday at 11am because that day he was there and he will assist me with everything to get the repair done. To make it short my job is flexible so I had no problem leaving work and I didn't care because I thought they were really were fixing my rims. I got there on Wednesday and the advisor wasn't in, they took the car I live close by so I ordered an Uber went home waiting for them to call me to pick up the car. When they finally called me I got an Uber back to the dealership, went inside and they handed me the paperwork and gave the car all they did was to paint the the scratches, you can still see the damage on the rims, it's just painted over now. So I'm disappointed because I always serviced my car there, in the last 2 services there I paid over $4000 in recommended services and stuff, brought the car with the rims in perfect condition and that was their solution to a damaged they did. So I ended up losing, I lost half day of work, the Ubers and the time, the inconvenience of having to go back for something I paid them to do, that they are supposed to be the experts and they couldn't because they damaged my rims and all they did to fix it was to apply paint over. Currently looking to switch dealership to keep servicing my car. More
