The dealership was clean, accommodating and honest with how long my car's diagnosis would take. I was very impressed with the accommodations/ amenities , although I could have been greeted right away when how long my car's diagnosis would take. It was kind of awkward standing off to the side without anyone saying anything to me for a few minutes- although my presence was known...I think it was because everyone was in the middle of something; a "Hi we will be right with you," would have probably sufficed. Kenny made up for that awkwardness, as he was very attentive and helpful throughout my appointment. He explained everything thoroughly and there were no surprises when it came time to pay. The dealership is very pricey though, which I knew going into it, and Kenny did try to find me some discounts which was very nice and thoughtful! More
