I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership nobody many cars different dealerships by far this is the worst dealership I’ve ever seen in my life they will steal you play be sure to check the va nobody many cars different dealerships by far this is the worst dealership I’ve ever seen in my life they will steal you play be sure to check the value of your use vehicle before you purchase this company will make modifications to the vehicle to make it look like it’s worth more money than what it is by no I bought a truck from for 80,000 and it’s only worth 47,000 and is it 2022 bewhere bewhere bewhere bewhere is the only thing I can say More

Connor, Michael, Ken and Troy provided an exceptional car buying experience going over and above to provide the car if my dreams! My family lost their cars during hurricane Ian and I was searching for a rep buying experience going over and above to provide the car if my dreams! If no stars was available that’s what I would pick. They lie about what’s available. We drove out to see a car that was listed, called 2 times to make sure it was there and they said yes. Showed up and They lie about what’s available. We drove out to see a car that was listed, called 2 times to make sure it was there and they said yes. Showed up and they said it sold the other day and forgot to update their website. Sounds like a ploy to just get people in so they can push you to put money down on a more expensive car. I know car salesmen are shady but these people take the cake. Would not recommend at all. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. More

BUYER BEWARE! !! This dealer lied over and over again to sell a vehicle that was never inspected. Bald tires that were the wrong size, brakes that were shot. Very u !! This dealer lied over and over again to sell a vehicle that was never inspected. Bald tires that were the wrong size, brakes that were shot. Very unsafe vehicle to drive. AND to top it all off, they couldn't even get us a title for the vehicle as it had fraud on it. They want ME to go to the police station to sort it out and try and get a title. WHAT A JOKE!! DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. Look at some of the other bad reviews that had similar claims. Not only that, but the General Manager didn't even have the decency to call us about the sale after repeated emails and voicemails to him requesting a call. This dealership should be reported to the BBB and be shut down. I repeat, DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. There are plenty of reputable dealerships out there to purchase a vehicle from. More

This is just incredible, WOW, SO WRONG, i purchase a van on Sunday 1-9-22 drove home to naples, on i75 i started noticing several issues went back the next day Monday, and told Ray the sales guy and Kenny s on Sunday 1-9-22 drove home to naples, on i75 i started noticing several issues went back the next day Monday, and told Ray the sales guy and Kenny sales manager all the issues i had notice and Kenny told service guy to take care of all the issues, the van was there for 2 weeks, not all issues got fixed, service manager George ( liar) was just not answering my calls an lied to me on one of the issues, after doing some digging i found that this van was in a really bad accident and looks like it has frame damage AND of curse no one told me about it, then i wrote an email to Troy Hancock the GM, and his reply was, you purchase the van as is, you sign all paper works, there is nothing i can do, i can buy the van back at a fair prize, what a joke this people are, this is something i could expect from like a buy here pay here dealership NOT A VOLVO, most dishonest place i have dealt with total GARBAGE, incredible.
