Most importantly the service is always done quickly and correctly -getting me back on the road with no troubles. Andy comes up to the front on occasion from the garage to let me know how things on my car are wearing; and Kent comes over sometimes just to make certain I'm happy with my car (and to plan for my next CPO Mercedes!) - what dealership and service center has that kind of personal service!
