For over 10 years I have been bringing my car to Sears for regular maintenance and repairs. Jamison and the whole crew always greet me as an old friend and make my service experience truly exceptional. for regular maintenance and repairs. Jamison and the whole crew always greet me as an old friend and make my service experience truly exceptional. The drop off process is easy, and a loaner car is always ready to go. Most importantly the service is always done quickly and correctly -getting me back on the road with no troubles. Andy comes up to the front on occasion from the garage to let me know how things on my car are wearing; and Kent comes over sometimes just to make certain I'm happy with my car (and to plan for my next CPO Mercedes!) - what dealership and service center has that kind of personal service! Keep up the great work!!! More

Boris Perelman was the best salesperson. He was informed, patient, and professional. There should be more people like him. He should be commended in front of his peers so that they would be so encouraged. Gr patient, and professional. There should be more people like him.
