Kent has been the best salesperson i've ever purchased a vehicle from, hands down!! I can't say enough with how he went above-and-beyond to make sure our buying experience was absolutely seamless and phenom vehicle from, hands down!! He's a Lexus dealer but I was purchasing a BMW from him, so he actually researched the BMW before I got there so he could answer as many questions as possible! (I informed him that I was coming to buy the car last minute so he researched the vehicle during a time where he wasn't being paid #Repect!) Overall Kent was extremely courteous, caring, respectful, helpful, and he would go far above and beyond to make sure we were beyond happy! (He knew we were buying the car regardless, but he still kept going the extra mile to make sure we left happy) Kent is an invaluable asset to this dealership, if I was a dealership owner, I would make every effort to keep him! Cons: The bad news is this location has a racist part service person on their site, and that is Eric from service department. I called to schedule an appointment for Android installation on my new 2020 Lexus. He said he didn't know what "Android" is. I repeated the pronunciation as "An-droid operating system". And he said he still didn't know what that is. And then I said how about "un-droid operating". He said he had no idea. After a few mins back and forth, I requested to speak to his manager, but he said he was the boss, the manager. He refused to let me speak to someone else. Why did Kent have no problem when I talked to him about Android but Eric did? This is the worst experience I ever had. I suggest the store manager fire this man, Eric. It is obvious that this is a discrimination. More
