Kent was extremely helpful and patient as we explored our options & test drove a few cars/SUVs over a two day period! Sadly the finance man was a bit distant...we sat in his office & signed forms but there options & test drove a few cars/SUVs over a two day period! Sadly the finance man was a bit distant...we sat in his office & signed forms but there was very little interaction other than “sign here”. He let us leave without providing us copies of signed paperwork, requiring us to return the next day to pick it up🙁. More

This is the fourth vehicle we’ve purchased from Lexus of Sacramento, and our fifth Lexus overall. The experience was awesome—again! The car was actually delivered by Kent Owens to our home. In the era of Sacramento, and our fifth Lexus overall. The experience was awesome—again! The car was actually delivered by Kent Owens to our home. In the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, there were extreme CDC safety precautions taken by Kent and the dealership to minimize exposure/risk. We completed the transaction flawlessly, quickly, and with relative ease followed by a hands-on knowledge session of the car’s features/amenities. We’ve been purchasing Lexus from this dealership for >17 years. Three of our experiences have been with Kent (he’s awesome). Equally deserving of accolades is Christian Simon (General Manager). He continues to do a superb job in managing the dealership but more importantly, employing the customer-first creed. More
