My vehicle was scheduled for 6 hours for safety recall work, and I was given a courtesy car. Surprisingly, the work was completed within 2 hours. Thanks for the quick turn-around time! Was helpful but they did not communicate with me and left me sitting for an hour while they did nothing. 1. We bought the car w/ cash 2. Brought the car in for service in September and was told our car needed additional parts.....scheduled the service for two weeks later and went in as scheduled and was told service in September and was told our car needed additional parts.....scheduled the service for two weeks later and went in as scheduled and was told upon arrival the parts are not in.......as of this writing we sit awaiting the promised parts 3.
