Key to Owning a Car is the service department I have owned alot of cars in the last 4 decades. Buying a "new one" always concerns me as I have had such lousy experience with service departments. My experience with BMW of Catonsville, specifically Keon was fantastic. I could not believe how smoothely (except the time it took to get the loaner - which i do not blame on Keon) every aspect went.
