World Class service and World Class Service Advisor. Keon Tobin is one of, if not the best service advisors in the business. The Catonsville service department is excellent, I will not take my BMW to any Keon Tobin is one of, if not the best service advisors in the business. The Catonsville service department is excellent, I will not take my BMW to any other dealer or service department. Keon is the main reason for that. I can’t say enough about Keon (my service A loyal BMW Catonsville customer since 2006. The staff is always polite and really makes you feel special. I can’t say enough about Keon (my service advisor)and the entire service department. No problem with making appointments online or over the phone.Loaner Car no problem! Always comparable to what you have.Keon keeps me updated if I decide to wait and they definitely try to make you comfortable while you wait.(bottled water,coffee,snacks,etc. tv and WiFi) l always ask for Keon because he explains thoroughly the service, that is needed and any other issues with my car. He is very personable and makes you feel comfortable as do the entire facility. Sales department is great also!! Would not go anywhere else! More
