I can’t say enough about Keon (my service A loyal BMW Catonsville customer since 2006. The staff is always polite and really makes you feel special. I can’t say enough about Keon (my service advisor)and the entire service department. No problem with making appointments online or over the phone.Loaner Car no problem! Always comparable to what you have.Keon keeps me updated if I decide to wait and they definitely try to make you comfortable while you wait.(bottled water,coffee,snacks,etc. tv and WiFi) l always ask for Keon because he explains thoroughly the service, that is needed and any other issues with my car. He is very personable and makes you feel comfortable as do the entire facility. Sales department is great also!! Would not go anywhere else! More

Great Service I had Gone to the BMW of Catonsville Dealership to get my Car Tire issue addressed. They did a fantastic job of not only fixing that issue but also he I had Gone to the BMW of Catonsville Dealership to get my Car Tire issue addressed. They did a fantastic job of not only fixing that issue but also helped me in providing guidance on Removing a scratch in my car through simple method.
