Great Service I had Gone to the BMW of Catonsville Dealership to get my Car Tire issue addressed. They did a fantastic job of not only fixing that issue but also he I had Gone to the BMW of Catonsville Dealership to get my Car Tire issue addressed. They did a fantastic job of not only fixing that issue but also helped me in providing guidance on Removing a scratch in my car through simple method. I would do special mention to Keon Tobin who has been my Service Manger there for the past year. He has been excellent in Client service and has been of Great help. More

Outstanding I brought my car in for service on a Saturday. Mr. Tobin was very personable and listened to the issue I was having. I left, he called shortly after t I brought my car in for service on a Saturday. Mr. Tobin was very personable and listened to the issue I was having. I left, he called shortly after to let me know the issue, the cost and gave me updates frequently. My car was done in a suitable amount of time and the issue was fixed. Customer Service Was Excellent On 04-13-19 I took my 2006 BMW 325i in for a factory recall. After arriving at the dealership and leaving my car with one of the service technicians, On 04-13-19 I took my 2006 BMW 325i in for a factory recall. After arriving at the dealership and leaving my car with one of the service technicians, I was directed inside to the service desk. The next available customer service representative was Mr. Keon Tobin. Mr. Tobin was pleasant, respectful and informative. Mr. Tobin notified me that my car had approximately 3 different factory recalls that would be addressed that day. While the service was being performed on my car I left the dealership and felt comfortable that all would be well with my car after dealing with Mr. Tobin. I hope to encounter more people in business whom takes customer service as serious as Mr. Tobin and makes their clients feel valued before and after visiting their business. More
