I Purchased my vehicle 2015 535 two years ago from a recommendation of Keon, and he's provided excellent service each time I've called or visited. I even recommend my sister Melissa to purchase her 2015 535 from this location as well. Overall I would say Keon is a class act, and a constant professional. More

Run-flat tire had a nail and needed immediate attention. It was an unexpected emergency that my 2017 X3 needed to be in the shop for service— a nail in my tire. I was received immediately by BMW of Catonsvil It was an unexpected emergency that my 2017 X3 needed to be in the shop for service— a nail in my tire. I was received immediately by BMW of Catonsville Service Dept. to have the tire serviced. BMW regs require that I my run-flat tire be replacement.. yah for my warranty program— it was nominal cost to me. Thank you, Keon Tobin, for your reliable courtesy with expert and timely service!! I was treated with complete respect and care! Keon Tobin was exceptionally qualified and pleasant to work with in relation to several situations and questions I had regarding my vehicle. Anything Keon Tobin was exceptionally qualified and pleasant to work with in relation to several situations and questions I had regarding my vehicle. Anything that he was not knowledgeable, he sought an answer from another. Further, I appreciated the offer to obtain a loaner vehicle.. great X5. Too, my vehicle was ready when it was promised! Okay but not great. I've been affiliated with this dealership since 2005. I've seen it's unfortunate decline. At any rate, my service was what I would expect from any dealership. It was everything I could have asked for. It was thorough, expeditious, full and complete. My car was cleaned and the right recommendations were made, as I already knew the things that needed attention. They even gave me a quick fix to what needs a permanent fix which I'll do later. I am pleased with the service. More
