Service with no pressure Kudos to "Keon" for this service. We went in for a recall and all went smoothly. Polite, professional and efficient. Great Service I Iive in MD but bought my car in VA. I was looking for a BMW dealer to bring my car in for service. By chance I was in the area of BMW of Catonsville I Iive in MD but bought my car in VA. I was looking for a BMW dealer to bring my car in for service. By chance I was in the area of BMW of Catonsville. I stopped in to ask questions, Keon came to my aid. He was polite, knowledgeable and he had my windshield water filled for me. Service Keon is always available to answer all of my questions. Brought my car in for servicing and come to find out I needed some work done. He explained to Keon is always available to answer all of my questions. Brought my car in for servicing and come to find out I needed some work done. He explained to me everything that was needed and if it was covered or not. I really appreciate when reps take the time to go over everything. Car was cleaned and ready to go.
