Keon is responsive to our family’s service needs and we trust him with both of our BMW’s without question. While waiting Keon notified me that my battery was not the problem but the car needed a part that would take longer than anticipated. I told him I had to be somewhere at certain time. He told me no problem and within a short period of time informed me that there was a driver to take me to my scheduled class. The driver told me to call Keon if I needed a ride back home or to the dealership. Keon was professional and courteous at all times. A very pleasant rep. Two days later, I called a manager about a finance matter. Also a pleasant experience that ended well. We always use this dealership because when a lengthy repair is needed, they supply temporary transportation. My thanks to both of them. More

Keon walked me though and explain what needed to be done and would work according to consumer’s financial situation and he could tell me certain things could wait until the next service to be done and therefore there is some breathing room for my wallet and I can prep for the next time. The manager Mel, staff and sales rep are wonderful, courteous and professional. They make sure the customers needs have been met and I can say that I’ve been treated very well and appreciate it. Been a long time customer and happy to tell other people to have service done at Cantonsville location. Keep up the great job and THANK YOU. More
