Keri, Michelle, and Klayrissa are always a pleasure to work with! Very communicative and helpful. Summer 2025 Update: I was really happy with NYE over the years, until a recent service visit where I kept getting nickel and dimed for things that were their fault. It was a simple tire replacement. The tire discount was not honored. I provided documents for going elsewhere for cheaper and was promised it was fine until I got the bill. Then just a flood of excuses and using MY FordPass Points to bring the price down to what was promised. Lol what? I wasted 2 full days off work sitting in their waiting room for this tire swap... The second day was to replace a broken valve stem, since I woke up to a flat tire after the swap... No mention of the inconvenience of that or a good faith replacement. I would've been happy to pay for that the first day if it meant not wasting the second day. The service manager does not interact with clients and forced his decisions through the girls at the desk, who say it's not up to them. When asked if I can speak with who makes the decisions, the dude hides in the office. I left SO MANY great reviews for NYE after their constant asking for them.... loyalty was not rewarded at all. Kind of disappointing since Keri and Michelle are great to work with. Gonna miss them. More

It was a horrible experiance. They worked on my truck for recalls. They had to replace the wire harness for the tailgate opening on its own. After they were done i started getting They worked on my truck for recalls. They had to replace the wire harness for the tailgate opening on its own. After they were done i started getting check park aid faults on my display. Never happened prior to this. They wanted to charge me $1200 to repair it. They said the module was bad. I told them I wasn’t paying for that. They then said i had to pay $300 for the tech to troubleshoot it. I also refused to pay that. I would say that when they changed the harness they shorted something to make the module go bad. It does it intermitantly. It may not even be bad it may be a short. I was disgusted. I will most likely never go there again. Ford should look into this type of issue. i think i am also going to call Ford Headquarters and let them know. More

Michele was great and amazing. I came in from out of town and she fixed my engine light issue quickly so I could go back home on time. She is the best. Klayrissa always greets me with a smile when I come in for service. I always enjoy the fast friendly service here at Nye. Dan Schirtz - Nye Ford General manager 1479 Genesee Street Oneida, NY 13421 Sir, I own a 2022 F-350 Dually with the 7.3 Gas engine, bought it new from Nye Ford in 2021. During the last snow storm, w Street Oneida, NY 13421 Sir, I own a 2022 F-350 Dually with the 7.3 Gas engine, bought it new from Nye Ford in 2021. During the last snow storm, while out plowing snow I got stuck and was applying a lot of throttle to get unstuck. I got out but after the large application of throttle had a "Check Engine" light. I should mention, despite being a 2022, the truck has 2700 miles on it so I clearly wanted it looked at by the dealer under the power train Warranty. In that I don't drive it much and the Winter as nearly over I took it to Nye Service Center in Oneida and dropped it off. Keri Whitmeyer greeted me at the service counter and despite being busy listened intently to my issue and was glad that I was able to leave the truck for them to trouble shoot the issue. As with all the new Ford vehicles I have the Ford "App" and could see where the truck was and if and when it was moved. As I checked on the status of the issue I spoke to Keri on several occasions and she made it clear that historical "Codes" had been stored and cleared but they were unable to get the check engine light to reappear. I asked her to have a technician take it out and drive it, which she did, as I wanted to be sure it was OK. Long story short, today she returned the truck to me, cleaned and well checked over and with no check engine light. I am very pleased with the attention to detail and the ongoing communication Keri Whitmeyer had with me during this service event. I am glad to have the truck back but am even happier knowing Keri had her ear to the rail during every stage of this repair and kept me informed. Knowledge is power. My few experiences with the NYE Ford service department and their technician team has been amazing every time. The service ladies always greet me with a friendly “Hello” when I show up, and they’ve been f and their technician team has been amazing every time. The service ladies always greet me with a friendly “Hello” when I show up, and they’ve been fairly quick and full of information with responses for any questions I’ve had. I will definitely be a returning customer. More
