What should have been a straightforward recall repair resulted in over seven visits. My vehicle was returned with a fuel leak—an issue that took more than three months to properly diagnose and address. This repair only moved forward after I repeatedly followed up with detailed images and documentation to prove that something was wrong, as there was a persistent fuel smell. During the course of repairs, they also lacked professionalism as the back seat was stained all over and seat belt buckles were scraped. I promptly reported this, supported by images, to the service managers upon picking up the vehicle. However, the matter was neither acknowledged nor resolved. Communication throughout this process was extremely disappointing. Although a mobile number was provided for follow-ups, my messages were consistently left unanswered. In-person interactions were equally frustrating—despite maintaining a respectful and polite tone, I was met with defensiveness from the service manager, who appeared more focused on shifting blame to the customer than resolving the issues. Eventually, I had to involve my attorney who reached out to the General Manager, Greg Besson, who initially expressed willingness to offer compensation. Unfortunately, his communication ceased shortly thereafter, and no resolution was provided despite multiple follow-ups. This experience has been deeply disappointing. I have never encountered such difficulty with a recall-related service until this situation involving Honda’s fuel pump recall. Had I known the extent of the complications and lack of accountability at this dealership, I would have chosen a different location where customer care is a priority. If you are considering bringing your vehicle here for service, I recommend exploring other dealerships that demonstrate more professionalism, seriousness and respect for their customers as well as their vehicles. Took my new 2026 Honda Passport in for a popopped misaligned panel and some door weld and paint issues. Keep vehicle for less than a day, went back and panel was not addressed. They had it for 30 misaligned panel and some door weld and paint issues. Keep vehicle for less than a day, went back and panel was not addressed. They had it for 30 minutes and said it was fixed. It looked okay but on the way home I heard a pop noise and when I got out at home the panel was sticking out again so they did not try to actually resolve the the underlying issue and just pulled it in to make it appear as if it was fixed. I will not buy a Honda again. I never saw these issues with my other vehicles. More

We bought a SUV Honda of ft worth and a few days later the transmission we out. We had bought a warranty.do we took it back and they said they would replace the transmission. On their website it says they offer free courtesy car. On their advertisement it says they offer free courtesy cars. Well we have ask for one almost everyday.for three weeks not one day have they provided one. We have had to cancel Dr. Visits. I couldn't go to my friend's funeral. It has been a real inconvience to us. And today I still didn't get our vehicle back. And still no courtesy vehicle. I think it is wrong for them to advertise that they offer free courtesy vehicle. And not do it. I am very disappointed In Honda of Ft worth . I would never buy from them again They have caused us a big inconvience. Kathy Marchman More

At 3:15 PM on Dec 30, 2020 I pulled into the express lane for service. I got out of my car, leaving the key inside for the service tech. NO ONE CAME OUT TO ASK WHAT KIND OF SERVICE I NEEDED. Though I made eye contact with several employees in their cubicles, NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED me as a customer. This service center would do well to take notes from the TYLER TEXAS Honda Service Center! Maybe the STAFF didn't feel like working today because the New Year Holiday is coming up soon. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, HONDA of FT WORTH!!! More

He is the best and the reason I drive 30 miles to have my car serviced here instead of the other great care of my car and is always accommodating!!! Came in with an older car that needed a repair that wasn’t worth paying for based on the value of the vehicle. Honda of Fort Worth and Malik were able to get us into a replacement vehicle at an afford wasn’t worth paying for based on the value of the vehicle. Honda of Fort Worth and Malik were able to get us into a replacement vehicle at an affordable rate and take our old car off our hands. Excellent to deal with. More
