I had a sour experience with a Toyota dealer in the past, but I like Toyota cars, so I decided to give it a try one more time. I looked online for the largest Toyota dealer in the area, and found ATVS. I tho but I like Toyota cars, so I decided to give it a try one more time. I looked online for the largest Toyota dealer in the area, and found ATVS. I thought to myself "maybe because they have a big business, they would no cheat on me". I was skeptical about one online offer they had in their website. So after doing my research, I made an appointment and I went to the dealer with my family. I was introduce to Mr. Michael Miller, and began negotiating this online deal. He showed respect, honesty, and professionalism. I was impressed. After negotiating for less than an hour, the dealer was about to closed and I left with one offer on the table. On my way home, after consulting with my wife, we decided to buy the car. So we called Mr. Miller to share the good news. The next day Mr. Miller was on fire. He had everything set up for us, and guaranteed the numbers he gave us. No hidden fees or tricks. He kept his word, and the rest is history...Also, Its important to mention Mr. Edward Flores who worked with us in the financial aspect of the deal. He was very patient and was able to help my wife understand the way financing and insurances works with Toyota. He was great and my son Daniel liked him and his outstanding, clean, and organized office space. That's my story, and certainly ATVS added a family to their Toyota family. More

The wait was very long. The finance department definatley did not give you options when it come to choosing financing. They definately push you to use Toyota. The service was overall poor for the exception of keasha peirce..but everyone was chatty and socializing..Again they need to reevaluate the finance department and stop robbing or misleading g costumers and work on a better deals not what's going to fatten their pockets.
