The General Manager is unbelievable Tommy Capola was phenomenal. James, Tommy's Nephew was great. I bought the car sight unseen and it was everything I wanted and more. My wife loves the truck. 1. By phone the price for car was 23498 price plus 695 including dealer fee and plus tax. Nothing more and questions about damages was not provided. No option for buying car only refinancing which sounded including dealer fee and plus tax. Nothing more and questions about damages was not provided. I did not see discount 450 dollars as for damages on the car which was given by tge sale manager after showing damages on front, rear bumper and both doors. 2. Fees was applied few times in statement and after in contract additional 695 was added after we agreed for the total price over the phone which included all the fees .The contract never was show to me in details and never offered. The 3 sale person were unprofessional and whenI was asking to more detail about car ,nothing was answered. The sale manager point to the sale people to provide information to me again but nothing was given. 4.when you come to buy car from this company person should take a lawyer or professional person who knows about hassles and illegal way which can applied more then once which was applied minimum 2 time in my account as total price because in my situation the overcharged. It is illegal. Optional warranty cost was applied in additional total price without my agreement which was explained will return in 10 business days in my account . Plus 5 hours waiting process to buy a car was overloaded. I was very tied when I mentioned I was traveling 8 hours to buy this car and I needed to drive the car 6 hours back to home. I was not feel professional level of service especially when worker was using unprofessional language for me AND laughing behind my back and joking about me was over limit all unprofessional behavior. Of course, leave but I was coming to buy car and I was focus for car not for people around who was unprofessional. Plus it is illegal to apply the same fees multiple times to total price of the car . I hope company will correct all and improve quality care of customers And return over charged money from double fees on the car. I do not want if another person will be in same situation. I hope company is understanding this situation More
