I've tried to send this survey several times but I'll try once more. As I've said every time, Kevin Biddle is the best. He is always willing to help every time I need to go in for service and this last tim once more. As I've said every time, Kevin Biddle is the best. He is always willing to help every time I need to go in for service and this last time was no exception. I notice many waiting until he has completed with one customer just to see Kevin for their service needs. He is the best. The latest radiator replacement was necessary but had hoped I would not need replacement of parts before trading. Now with a lifetime battery, new tires and now a new radiator, may just have to keep this car a little longer. Have been going to Toyota of Easley since 2003 and luckily have gotten Kevin on almost all services of my Toyotas. Please let him know how much he is appreciated. More

Excellent customer service. Kevin was very thorough in explaining what services I needed. I was also impressed with the new technology, especially the video of the inspection. This was my wife’s first experience of having the vehicles oil changed. She was a little lost when she arrived at the site.
