First class treatment Enjoyed the first class treatment, had an idea of what I was looking for and was directed in that direction, given plenty of space to look it over. After I was extremely pleased with the sales force at Swansboro Sanders Ford. We started our search for a new vehicle in the Jacksonville location. After conducting our own search on the Sanders website we found the perfect vehicle in Swansboro. Kevin Blake helped used upon arrival at Swansboro and after helping us find our vehicle he turned us over to Kelsey Baxter as our salesperson. After closing the deal Kelsey stayed in contact with us giving us updates on everything. After the paperwork was signed she made sure we knew what all the bells and whistles did. She also helped us download the FordPass app on our phones and got us connected. This was the first time any salesperson had ever helped us that much. She is great and will recommend her to anyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you Kevin and Kelsey. More

Outstanding! Sanders Ford took care of my wife and I when we lost everything in the hurricane. We needed to replace our lost vehicles and Valeri was on top of it.
