I was looking for a good deal for my End-of-lease car and to get a good deal on another car that I owned. Well, I decided to try Lafontaine, no matter how intimidating it seemed. I walked in and I was immediately greeted by Joseph Vulaj. Very personable, knowledgeable, courteous and engaging. He walked me through every aspect of turning in my leased vehicle and gave me an exceptional price for my used car. I felt comfortable with all negotiations with Mr. Vulaj, the service department and the Financial advisor, who by the way was also very knowledgeable and forthright. I feel confident that my future contact with the Sales Rep (Joe) and the dealership in general will be a great experience. I would highly recommend Lafontaine Dealership to anyone. Very Good Service I have yet to be displeased with the work I've had done at Lafontaine, Highland, MI. Recently [5:00PM on Friday], I drove into the service department I have yet to be displeased with the work I've had done at Lafontaine, Highland, MI. Recently [5:00PM on Friday], I drove into the service department to inquire if I could have my car's transmission flushed, as I was going on vacation the next week. Though it was late in the day, the service rep asked the 'trans' tech if there was enough time; there was, and I drove home at closing time [7:00PM]. Besides the 'trans' service, the tires were rotated and the oil & filter, too, while the car was on the hoist. Apparently, the service manager, Scott Hall, has an efficient crew serving customers both 'upfront' and 'in the back'. Congratulations, Lafontaine! More
