When we scheduled the service they told us we needed to
have our tires rotated, so we scheduled that along w the oil change. I brought the car in, and then they told us we didn't need the tires rotated, w

I brought the car in, and then they told us we didn't need the tires rotated, which was the complete opposite of what they told us over the phone. The inconsistent message and communication was not ideal. The car is a year old, but only has around 6000 miles.

The service is good, but every time I bring my car in for
service they forget to put the caps on my tires, which shouldn’t happen. I reminded this time, they should be more cautious and careful with my car.
