Expressed concerns about the Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor and Vacuum pump on my 2018 Malibu as they are prone to fail and the employee explained that without a check engine light or the codes GM won't Sensor and Vacuum pump on my 2018 Malibu as they are prone to fail and the employee explained that without a check engine light or the codes GM won't approve the repair/s that's all fine and dandy as that's what I expected, said employee then said to "beat on it" to get the check engine light or code to come back which is absolutely horrendous advice when the Vacuum pumps are known to shrapnel metal inside of the engine when they fail due to a bad design by GM More

I liked how my car was serviced. What I didn’t like was I didn’t hear from anyone about my car until I called. My appointment was at 9:15 am. I dropped off my car the night before. It was 12:30 pm and no one had called me to let me know what was wrong with my car until I called. At that time, my car hadn’t been looked at yet. I was told by Kevin that he would check with the mechanics and give me a call back. Kevin called back about 30 minutes later to let me know what the problem was and that it would be fixed in about an hour. I feel like if I hadn’t called when I did, my car would’ve continued to sit there. It shouldn’t have taken three hours to look at my car with a 9:15 am appointment. More
