I have been to your dealership three times this month no one has even looked at my car yet. Keeps getting rescheduled and I have a trunk actuator that I want fixed. So that I can use my trunk again. Each time I have spent two to five hours at your dealership waiting for them to fix it. With an appointment, only to be told that there is no one there and they are on "vacation". How long is this "vacation"? It's been going on for three weeks now. Also, greet your customers when they come in to do business with you. All three times I have been in your dealership no one has said, " Hi, how may I help you?" when coming in to your service department. Gave me the impression that you all hate customers and your jobs. More
