Went in for a recall on my Traverse. I called in to schedule, provided my VIN and scheduled the following week. (This is my daughter's vehicle for college so it was important that we too I called in to schedule, provided my VIN and scheduled the following week. (This is my daughter's vehicle for college so it was important that we took advantage of her being home over the summer and ready for the fall.)I arrived, and upon check in was informed the part needed for the repair needed to be ordered and it would be 3 weeks before arrival. I explained my confusion as to why this wasn't done when I called for the recall repair to begin with, especially since the VIN was provided to confirm it was part of the recall. No explanation for the lack of awareness. I had rearranged my schedule and my daughter's commitments to drop of the vehicle and be without it for an afternoon. I got a call about 3 weeks later to schedule. I scheduled and asked how long the repair would take so we could plan appropriately. I was told "not even an hour, probaly like 30 min." My daughter brought in the vehicle planning to stay during the repair. Upon check in, she was told 2- 3 hrs. I then left work to pick her up. While en route home, I got a call saying the work was done. This was about 40 mins after her drop off. The individuals working were pleasant and professional but there is a serious lack of consideration for the time of the consumer. I suspect this is a lack of communication on their end, versus intentional. Nonetheless, I would not buy a vehicle from DeHaven or go for a repair except for those necessitated by a recall. More

Service department is a joke! All they want to do is sell cars and not Service them. Won't waste anymore money at this dealership!! Can't give you a loaner car. All they want to do is sell cars and not Service them. Won't waste anymore money at this dealership!! Can't give you a loaner car. More

I brought my car in for some warranty work. The dealer had my car for almost a week with few updates. After the diagnosis, I had to bring my car back two more times to get all the work done. T The dealer had my car for almost a week with few updates. After the diagnosis, I had to bring my car back two more times to get all the work done. There are never any loaner cars available. This is a huge inconvenience. I probably won’t buy a car from this dealer again because of this. More

I have been to your dealership three times this month no one has even looked at my car yet. Keeps getting rescheduled and I have a trunk actuator that I want fixed. So that I can use my trunk again. You wer one has even looked at my car yet. Keeps getting rescheduled and I have a trunk actuator that I want fixed. So that I can use my trunk again. You were suppose to call me back to let me know when you actually had a tech to fix it. You have not and it's been eight days since the last visit. Each time I have spent two to five hours at your dealership waiting for them to fix it. With an appointment, only to be told that there is no one there and they are on "vacation". How long is this "vacation"? It's been going on for three weeks now. Also, greet your customers when they come in to do business with you. All three times I have been in your dealership no one has said, " Hi, how may I help you?" when coming in to your service department. Gave me the impression that you all hate customers and your jobs.
