He answered all my questions thoroughly and made the experience of looking at cars very comfortable and pleasant. His professionalism and respectful approach were truly appreciated. The only reason for not purchasing at this time was that the selection of 2026 BMW X7 models on the lot was limited, which didn't quite match what I was looking for.
