My salesman Kevin was able to take a brand new truck and set it aside for me until I was able to make it down. Plus I wanted to put some money down on the truck as well, but forgot my checks at home in Edmo set it aside for me until I was able to make it down. If you return a vehicle and they put that vehicle up for sale before they refund you your money, that is 100% wrong. It took them 8 days for them to return my money via a check in the mail. A non-secured re sale before they refund you your money, that is 100% wrong. It took them 8 days for them to return my money via a check in the mail. A non-secured regular postage mail. For $11,200. They had their car back for 3 days and up for sell and before they even sent out my refund check. They should have done a secured bank to bank transfer or at least mail it with a tracking number. Or returned my original cashier's check. I have talked to other dealerships here and the Tulsa area and there is a standard 3-day 300 mile return policy even on non warranty as is vehicles. Nick Hallmark was the only five star person at that dealership. Whoever was in charge of returning my money did a horrible job. Especially when you have multiple people in your accounting department that's able to write checks. I do not know if they were punishing me for returning a vehicle that broke down on me less than 30 minutes away from the dealership on the turnpike .Or if it was just a really slow process. I am a person with disabilities and besides Nick Hallmark, I felt like I was not treated respectfully. (They had to raise their price on that car because they had to fix the engine. Now the car is $13.6k) test drive vehicles for more than 30 minutes at highway speeds to make sure everything is running correctly. Live and learn. More

Great place. It’s not just the range of inventory they have or their great prices, it’s their customer service, everyone we’ve dealt with has been nice. I hate going to dealerships by myself. I will never buy another vehicle from any other dealership. Everyone is friendly and no pressure shopping. I live a half hour away and will drive to the dealership everytime.
