I took my car in and was told it could take up to 5 days for it to be serviced, and that the waiting list for a loaner vehicle was a week out minimum. Not what I would expect from Audi. To be without a car for it to be serviced, and that the waiting list for a loaner vehicle was a week out minimum. Not what I would expect from Audi. To be without a car for that long is unreasonable. Especially since I took my car in on a Saturday and it wasn’t even looked at until Wednesday. The first update I received ,after I called and asked, was an inspection video of someone else’s vehicle. Kevin became condescending after I told him I wasn’t interested in getting the repair done because it was inevitable that the problem would happen again. I will happily be making the drive to Audi Chandler the next time I need work done on my car. More
