What's the point to make an appointment?The purpose of making an appointment is to ensure faster service, yet I found the process lacked clear prioritization. I noticed several individuals who arrived after me completed their service much earlier. While other advisors proactively updated their clients on their vehicle's status, I had to monitor the online tracker myself. More
