I’d be happy to return to Sierra Honda if you can perform a free diagnostic scan and provide a complete list of DTCs. Seeing all those warning lights on my dashboard is frustrating, and I need to understand exactly what’s going on. A detailed scan will help me decide whether any repair is truly justified based on the car’s value. Most independent shops at least offer free scanning—though their reports are often limited—but Honda doesn’t provide even the basic scan. If you can offer a full diagnostic at no cost, it would make it much easier for me to decide.
