First time - Good Experience. Easy to Deal With. Walked in after visiting their web site and seeing they had nice low mileage Audi's. My intent was to purchase another Certified from an Audi dealer, Walked in after visiting their web site and seeing they had nice low mileage Audi's. My intent was to purchase another Certified from an Audi dealer, but couldn't find what I wanted, so I checked out Foley. Found a really nice selection of well maintained higher end pre-owned vehicles. Whomever is doing the buying has an eye for nice cars. Anyway, sat down with Haig, described what I was looking for. In about 15 minutes he had exactly the car warmed up for a test drive. OK, BIG 5 star points...I was handed the key and given the car to drive myself. Gave it a good spin. Drove great except the brakes didn't feel right. Vibration. Haig told me the shoes were replaced by their service department. I had an intelligent conversation with the service manager & he confirmed the rotors had not been replaced. I offered to buy the car if they replaced the rotors. They agreed without a hassle. Quick and easy meeting with finance. Two (2) days later they had it finished, fully registered and ready to go. Its running great. Brakes included. Got a really nice 2014 A6 with full service records, new tires, rotors and pads at a fair price. Zero hassle. Haig & team did exactly what they promised. That's my experience. All good! OK.....Downside compared to the dealer, I'm missing the certified extended warranty. They offer a third party plan but its nuts expensive. Bottom line: I bet on the buyer. All the cars look great. And they are all well made vehicles. If the car holds up to 100K without anything major, I'll be totally happy. Hope this helps! More

Positive experience I went to Foley looking for a "new to me" Volvo. They had several to choose from. All were in excellent condition with low mileage. They were low pressure, overly accommodating with test driving to make sure that I liked the vehicle. They put on new tires, brakes and windshield wipers. They gave me a loaner when I came back for the tires. They obviously care about customer service. I will definitely go back there for service and my next vehicle. More

He has been fair and patient and is very professional, returning calls promptly and following up, when necessary. Additionally, I have been treated very well in the Service department. I am able to get a loaner, and the fine people at Foley have driven my MINI to the dealership in Warwick, RI for items covered by warranty. Whne I get my car back, it always looks detailed, inside and out, regardless of New England weather. Unlike other dealerships in the area, Foley is big enough to have great inventory and service, but it is small enough to know their customers well. Until my first MINI I had only purchased new cars. I didn't want to buy "someone else's problem". With no MINI dealership closeby, I heard Foley was great at handling MINIs. This has truly been the case. More

Customer service off the charts Brought BMW 1x in for repair and not only was it less than I expected to pay they cleaned a mess in the drivers seat and washed the outside for me. Incredible Service Department I have to say that I have never driven away form a dealer service department feeling good, until I dealt with the Service Department at Foley Motorspo I have to say that I have never driven away form a dealer service department feeling good, until I dealt with the Service Department at Foley Motorsports. Kevin Gemelli, the Service Manager, made sure that the slightest of issues was taken care of for us. We brought our Mercedes ML in for new brakes, but when we picked up our ML, it had been washed, vacuumed, fluids topped, and all the windows cleaned. So much more that I had expected. Kevin pointed out that we might need to have some work done on a strut, but he didn't "push" to say that it needed to be done right away. We ended up scheduling for another time, but left feeling like this place really cares about our safety and not just the vehicle. I"m not ready for a new car yet, but I will definitely buy one from Foley again, not to mention sending everyone I know to their service department. More
