I was close to buying an RX350 from elsewhere when I visited Foley Motorsport to test drive an MDX before pulling the trigger. While I didn't fall for the MDX I really liked Foley's combo of attention to MY needs with no pushiness ... and they had an RX350. I didn't have to play the game for long before Haig and Jon had me sold on the value ($) that they offered so I took it off to my mechanic for a check up. The report was that the car's in great shape but I should push for brake pads and front tires, which I did. They counter offered with new pads, tires and rotors all around. Big smile on my face and the deal was sealed. A while later an electrical glitch was traced to a tired battery. They put in a new one and put new batteries in the keys as well. Am I happy with Foley Motorsports and with my Lexus. You Betcha! More

I recently purchased a BMW M3 from Foley Motorsports. I live and work in Boston, a little bit of a distance from Shrewsbury, but Foley Motorsports made it worth my while to come to them. Their customer service and attention to detail is second to none. There was no pressure at all from any of the associates at the dealership. Jim Burke as a salesperson was a pleasure to work with. He did his very best to get me the car I wanted. Because of my busy schedule, Jim followed thru with all the service that needed to be done and had the car delivered to me in Boston. The service dept. was also excellent, their manager Kevin Gemelli went thru the car and made sure everything that was needed to be done got done. Kevin is an excellent service manager; he made sure I was completely satisfied with their service. All of our requirements for taking delivery of the car, oil change, tire rotation, service manual, cleaning and minor repairs, were completed on time and as promised. Zee Avakian was the salesperson we dealt with, He was very easy to work with, and provided informative presentation of the car. Dealer did not discount price of car from sticker, which was dissaponting, and also we were given some miss-information as to the Carfax details prior to purchase. our overall experience was very good, and i would recommend this dealer to others. More
