I located my car online and called/spoke with Kevin Gribble. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about the car I wanted and made me feel comfortable striking a deal over the phone. I placed my deposit minutes after talking to Kevin and 11 days later, I took delivery of the exact car I was looking for. I live in Phoenix and worked the deal via phone/email. Communication was excellent. Louie Asencio helped me aquire a much more competitive finance package that saved me thousands of dollars in the long run. Refreshingly professional treatment, start to finish! Before contacting Tucson Subaru I'd done extensive on-line research concerning which vehicle I wanted, features, price, and types of financing. When I called I was put in contact with my salesman, Kevin Gribble, without a wait. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about all the features of the model I was looking for without having to look it up as we spoke. I felt respected throughout the process and that he had great patience with my need to know every little detail. He offered the same "best price" I'd been able to work out through on-line guides, and better interest rates than what I'd been pre-approved for through my credit union. I appreciate that I never felt any "game-iness" in dealing with him, just honest, straightforward communication. I trust he really "knows his stuff" and works with integrity. He knew I had a 3+hour drive home in the new vehicle and texted the next morning to make sure all had gone well. I then met with Tim Hanson for the financing and paper work, which for me can be the grueling part. I'm not a "math-magician" so often get lost in that, but Tim made it ... fun! He explained in thorough detail and made everything make sense. Again, I felt I was treated with honesty and respect and integrity and that he is very knowledgeable. I have already recommended Tucson Subaru to folks admiring my new ride. :) More

However, I had to wait for a while until someone notice me even I was standing right in front of the receptionists and not that they were super busy with anybody that I could see there (even they were, at least say something like "Hi, please take a seat, somebody will be with you shortly" or st like that). Definitely not happy with the receptionist there. Anyway, I just want to see whether I can get a good deal for the new car and trading in my old one. With Kevin's help, I got my new car easily within an afternoon. At first I was not very happy because he seemed to be too busy on the phone with some other customers and didn't even ask for my name until later. Anyway, the process was improved as he focused back to working with me. He tried to find a way to make both of us happy with me trading my old car for a new Subaru and the dealer selling one of their Crosstrek. He was friendly, helpful with any question/issue that I have and not pushing at all. He still follows up with me about the car after my purchase to make sure I'm doing ok with it. That's the best part to show that they care about their customers' satisfaction in the long run! Good job, Kevin! More

Outstanding Dealer - Terrific Experience Working with Kevin Gribble at Tucson Subaru was the best experience I've ever had with any dealer ever. I submitted an online inquiry regarding a 2015 Working with Kevin Gribble at Tucson Subaru was the best experience I've ever had with any dealer ever. I submitted an online inquiry regarding a 2015 Outback and within minutes, Kevin had emailed me back with answers to my questions. We met at the dealership later that day, test drove the model we were interested in and put a deposit on one that was due to arrive within days. In the following days (4), Kevin did an outstanding job of keeping me informed of the delivery status and on the day the car arrived scheduled the convenient time for me to come in and complete the paperwork and take delivery. As an aside, it really helps that Kevin's just a bit of a techno-geek. His explanation of the Subaru audio and nav system was really good. I've barely had to look at the manual since. I'd also like to commend Traci Roberts in Finance. Not only does she do a really good job of explaining the paperwork and other optional services, she's a model of efficiency. She made what's otherwise a tedious process as painless as possible and did so with a lot of humor. More

Was very upset at the Gap company subaru sub-contracts its July 21 and i still owe $2400.00...so no car and 2 months later ..i just went to the dealership to see if i could speed up the process depression was starting to set in from driving a nissan for 2 months ..Kevin saw me and my wife and he recognized us right away ..Thats top notch Customer service imo. i told him the deal ...10 mins later i was test driving a 2016 sti! 2 hrs later i owned it!!!!!!!!!Traci made it a so easy getting financed..
