As they say, "Timing is everything," and we found exactly what we wanted; a low mileage, fully loaded, 2017 Outback. The only problem was that it was Sunday, and this dealership isn't open on Sunday. I emailed anyhow to see if the car was still available, and lo and behold, I got an immediate answer from Kevin Gribble. After texting for a while, asking questions, getting answers, we knew this was the car for us. We basically bought this car sight unseen because Kevin was so forthcoming and this Subaru Dealership has such an excellent reputation. The deal was sealed the following morning, and we are thrilled. We bought a beautiful car, and we have so much confidence in this dealership. There was no pressure, the surroundings were calm and elegant...so very different from the previous dealership; just a completely opposite experience. We will recommend Tucson Dealership every chance we have, and especially Kevin and Louie Ascencio. Some of our friends may think we're on the Subaru payroll! More
