Just bought my first car! I’ve been researching a new car for quite some time, and had settled on finding a used Hyundai Elantra GT a while ago. I finally found one that fit my needs/criteria on Saturday February 3rd, and filled out the info for them to contact me since I was curious about whether the car had a spare tire and jack kit (it did), and Kevin promptly contacted me later that morning. I stopped in after work that day and talked to him about everything, looked at the car and got a general idea of what everything would cost me. Fast forward to Monday, I came in, did a more thorough look over of the car with Kevin, and did a test drive, and by that time, I was pretty much sold on the car. After that, he was a huge help in getting me more or less set up with Finance to finalize everything, and him and Traci were very patient in helping me figure out all the legal language and stuff behind what I was signing. They were also an extreme pleasure to deal with the entire time, they’re such wonderful people. Kevin even went so far as to take a picture with me shaking my hand to mark a pretty momentous part of my life, so I cannot thank him enough for what he’s done for me. Thank you, Kevin and Traci, and everyone else at Tucson Subaru, you’re all great and if I purchase another vehicle soon, I’ll be sure to go through you again! More

I went to the website and saw you could make an offer online. I submitted an offer and got a prompt response from Kevin via email. I followed up with a phone call and we were able to come to terms on a price. Kevin did a great job of walking me through the vehicle's history, how they came into possession of it, and what they did to recondition it. I was very impressed with Kevin's knowledge of the vehicle considering it was a Toyota and he works at a Subaru dealer. Due to the overall professionalism of the dealership and Kevin in particular, I felt comfortable with making a non-refundable deposit to hold the vehicle so nobody else would snatch it up before I could make the trip from Phoenix to Tucson to pick it up. More

Charmed by New Outback We were in the Tucson Subaru dealership to get our 2017 Forester serviced. Our loaner for the day was a new 2018 Outback and, once we got in and drov We were in the Tucson Subaru dealership to get our 2017 Forester serviced. Our loaner for the day was a new 2018 Outback and, once we got in and drove off, we fell in love. Our Forester was a great utility vehicle - small, easy to drive, great gas mileage; however, the Outback was just a step up in creature comforts....what a nice ride. Tucson Subaru made our transition from Forester to Outback so easy. Bob, our Forester salesman, was off, so her steered us to Kevin who was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The entire staff at Tucson Subaru treats every customer like family. We hope this is our forever car, but, if we fall in love with another car in the future, we won't have far to look - Tucson Subaru! More
