Our Outback is great for towing, wrangling large dogs, and everything else we need it to do. Met Kevin Gribble, test drove the car, had dinner, then came back the next day to buy.. Quick and easy. The color we wanted was not available, but Kevin had one delivered from an out-of-town dealership the next day. Can;t beat that for service! Everyone we've worked with has been very friendly and helpful. So much so, we've already referred someone to Tucson Subaru and he bought one too. More

Finding my next vehicle proved not so difficult! Kevin Gribbleencouraged me to think of makes of vehicles I had not thought of before, and showed me a used Mazda 5. Kevin Gribble is awesome! I was looking for a light-colored (read white or something close to white since this is the desert) convertible to replace my aging BMW 325 CI convert I was looking for a light-colored (read white or something close to white since this is the desert) convertible to replace my aging BMW 325 CI convertible. I was so done with black leather seats! Ouch! I spotted a white 2008 Volvo C70 convertible with light gray interior for sale online at Tucson Subaru that looked like it might be a match for me. Kevin was very professional. We made an appointment to meet for a test drive , and everything just fell into place. We closed the deal in 24 hours. It has been 5 months and I am loving my hard-top convertible. The car is a dream to drive and handles beautifully. Thanks, Kevin! This was in stark contrast with another dealership where the information we were given about the car was wrong. My husband had done his research! Kevin on the other hand obviously knew his subject in and out! We appreciated that Kevin was discreet and not pushy. We were given a very detailed sheet with prices and our different finance options, which we took home to think it over. The manager was also friendly and it was obvious that everyone we encountered was committed to professional and sound service. We were a bit stressed about buying a car and we appreciated the relaxed tone and atmosphere. Besides the choice of the car, the service we received played a bit part in our choice of where to buy the car. Tracy, in finances, was also friendly and did not push the options she presented. To top it all, it is a truly dog friendly place...which our little dog appreciated. More
