Frustrated After 7yrs with Toyota it should be my yr too purchase. Found Identity theft. My History with Toyota don't matter much. I'll turn in my Tundra, (a lease,) & have nothing. Sad. God Bless Toyota for coming to bat for me. Thieves don't care who they hurt. Everything is in Gods hands. Poor coustomer service online I was a serious buyer in need a car asap & was hunting online. Was willing to travel for this car. I emailed Kevin inquiring about a vehicle and it's I was a serious buyer in need a car asap & was hunting online. Was willing to travel for this car. I emailed Kevin inquiring about a vehicle and it's features. All he email was when I would drop by the dealership & I wasn't too sure because it was around holiday time. I wanted to know if they still had it. Never got back to me! Been several weeks now! You lost a sale buddy! If you want to sell cars you should get back to customers! Just goes to show how poor customer service is! More

Great experience. Kevin was not only very courteous he was extremely punctual and honest, we drove from Bakersfield, Ca; he had the vehicle prepped and ready to go, we Kevin was not only very courteous he was extremely punctual and honest, we drove from Bakersfield, Ca; he had the vehicle prepped and ready to go, we were out the door within 2 hours and that's Including the finance department. Outrageous Spoke to him about a 2018 lease, price was completely outragous! We have been quoted 2019 at less then that, didn’t seem like he wanted to help at all Spoke to him about a 2018 lease, price was completely outragous! We have been quoted 2019 at less then that, didn’t seem like he wanted to help at all. And instead of offering putting money down he acted like I just blew his mind. Not a very personable sells men by any means! He did not try to even sell this car! More

Outstanding service at Toyota Town in Stockton I have been a customer of Stockton Toyota Town for over 20 years. I have bought two cars from them and I have had all my cars serviced with them. Internet Sales Guy Very Helpful I was having trouble finding the car I wanted because of Toyota corporate's dumb website which doesn't show inventory locations. I called the interne I was having trouble finding the car I wanted because of Toyota corporate's dumb website which doesn't show inventory locations. I called the internet sales manager in Stockton, Kevin Hamlin, and although they didn't have the car I wanted on their lot, he looked up and gave me the info I needed even though he knew he wasn't going to make the sale personally. Finally, someone who put the customer first! Refreshing. More
