I do not look forward to "pushy" car salesmen. In fact, if a dealer is too pushy, I will go somewhere else. Not so with my experience with Kevin Harris of Norm Reeves Honda. He was friendly, supportive, if a dealer is too pushy, I will go somewhere else. Not so with my experience with Kevin Harris of Norm Reeves Honda. He was friendly, supportive, explained everything, was good on follow up and follow through and generally did a super job. Thanks a lot, Kevin! More

Came to inquire about pricing available for leasing to replace car that was totaled. Kevin was great, he answered all our questions and informed us of all the options that were available at the moment. H replace car that was totaled. Kevin was great, he answered all our questions and informed us of all the options that were available at the moment. He took us on two test drives to see the difference between V6 and 4 cylinder Accords. He also educated us on some of the things to look for when we consider buying or leasing. Very pleasant and stress free experience. Would highly recommend Kevin Harris to anyone who is looking to buy or lease at Norm Reeves Honda. Great personality and fun to talk to. More

If purchasing new or used, and if you choose to visit Norm Reeves Honda, please be sure to contact Kevin Harris. Kevin was my sales rep and I can honestly say working with him was a pleasure! I'd bee Norm Reeves Honda, please be sure to contact Kevin Harris. Kevin was my sales rep and I can honestly say working with him was a pleasure! I'd been searching for my vehicle for a while. A few times, I thought I "found it" at different dealerships, but things did not work out to the terms I was looking for. When the vehicle turned up at NRH I decided to call ahead of time to make sure the vehicle was still on the lot - it was, and I had an appointment Kevin Harris. When I got to the dealership, Kevin gave me 100% of his attention and took the time to understand my needs and my terms. When the sale completed, all my terms were met - make/model/year, condition, and price. Yes, getting through F&I took longer than I would have liked, but where wouldn't it be? There were only 2 disappointments: 1. I was denied a full tank of gas 2. The battery was dead in the 2nd key fob. I didn't realize it at the time, so when I got to my local service dealer, the price to replace the battery and reprogram the keys was $50.00 For the small price of satisfaction, NRH should have made sure that these 2 items were taken care of ahead of time. Is it the fault of service or management? In any event - the overall experience was very good, and I am very happy. The sales process was void of pressure, and I felt I could've walked at any time without being hassled or hustled. I do recommend the dealership - they have a pretty good selection of vehicles new and used. I also recommend that if you visit NRH that you look up Kevin Harris. I hope you have the same positive experience I had! Good luck!! More

In the market for a Honda? Buy at Norm Reeves and you won't be sorry! I have bought 3 cars in the past from dealers other than NRH and my visit to NRH on 10/31/09 was BY FAR the most pleasant, easy and s won't be sorry! I have bought 3 cars in the past from dealers other than NRH and my visit to NRH on 10/31/09 was BY FAR the most pleasant, easy and satisfying experience I have ever had buying a car. I am so glad my brother directed me to NRH. As most know, buying a car can be a stressful experience that one doesn't particularly look forward to, what with the usual back and forth haggling and bait and switch tactics most salesmen and managers pull is a draining hassle. You will NOT find these bogus tactics at NRH! Seriously folks, I dealt with Kevin Harris in sales (a real straight shooter) and his manager, Christine who made the entire process so very easy. Basically, Kevin asked what I wanted, I told him and honestly, he and his manager Christine made it happen. I had no trade-in and received a lower APR than I expected, payments that I could actually live with along with great warranties all hassle and haggle free!! Not once, did they pull this "I can't do this for you but can do this" then want to jack up my monthly payment sky high nor did they play that usual "You can't come up with more down???" Dealers always want to squeeze you for thousands down-NOT at NRH!. I was never asked to write checks towards a down payment to cash within 30 days, which would end up draining my bank account as some dealers do. My terms were made to be affordable and I wasn't strained economically driving out of Norm Reeves and the entire process did not take all day long. To put a cherry on top of the deal, I was even given a SUPER break on an accessory and a full tank of gas. The manager Christine came by to introduce herself to me and my family and handed me a key ring/pen gift set. My experience with the finance manager, Frank (I believe his name was) was also pleasant to deal with-great sense of humor and most importantly did not try to force me to buy all the extra warranties, etc...he works with you on what you can afford too. Overall, my experience was easy and non-stressful due to the straight shooting staff that I dealt with and the GREAT deal I received on my new '10 CRV. You tell Kevin Harris what you want, he and Christine will work with you and make it happen! Folks, there is no shady, xx bait and switch going on at this dealership. You WILL get a great deal and be happy at the end of the day. Stop by and you'll experience what I'm talking about! More

My husband and I were in the market for a new car. My husband has a 2000 Honda Accord and wanted me to trade in my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe for a Honda. We went to two Norm Reeve's Honda locations: Cerritos husband has a 2000 Honda Accord and wanted me to trade in my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe for a Honda. We went to two Norm Reeve's Honda locations: Cerritos and Huntington Beach. In Cerritos, we were serviced by Kevin Harris. He was very friendly and welcoming. He was not pushy, which my husband and myself appreciated greatly. We were only looking at this point, and were just checking out the different models Honda had to offer. Since we live in Huntington Beach, we decided to go there as well. My husband actually bought his Accord from this location back in 2000. We were greeted by Terrance (have since forgotten his last name). He was also very welcoming. We settled on the CRV and asked to be given some prices and other financail information. Because Terrance was new, he passed us on to David (again, forgotten the last name). Sadly to say David was not very customer service friendly. We also felt that he was not listeing to what we wanted and continusouly talked over us. We came to the conclusion that we were not going to buy from the Huntington Beach location and were going to go back and deal with Kevin at the Cerritos location. We did in fact return on a Thursday night and several hours later drove off with a new 2009 CRV EX-L with navigation. I am now a proud Honda owner! More
