He is an outstanding individual who completed the sale in an expedient manner. Kevin not only sold us the car he became a friend last night. He dealt with us with a professional demeanor seldom seen to this degree. Kevin didn't beat around the bush. He told us the truth about scheduling, delivery, pricing, and all the ins and outs of the car we wanted. Here is an individual that didn't play games but spoke from the heart and gained our trust. I would recommend him highly. We've dealt with Norm Reeves (beginning in Downey and then when they opened in Cerritos) from 1982. Purchasing more than ten cars throughout the years from their dealership we've dealt with many salespeople. Kevin was by far the most excellent we have ever encountered. Norm Reeves is to praised for employing such an asset to their organization. We also dealt with Tony Packeer on the telephone and by email before we went to the dealership. We were leaning on buying from Galpin because the previous person we bought 2 vehicles from (of whom we were communicating with) lost touch with us. So, we decided to pick another salesperson, Kevin Harris, based on reviews and see which dealer produces the purple one first. Two days after Kevin called us, we made our journey to pick-up the HR-V. By that time Galpin had the color, too. We went with the least expensive one. Kevin is a friendly guy, he went over the features with us, he saved us between $500-$600 in interest, he helped fix a county sales tax error of $300, and he followed up later to see how my mom liked her new HR-V.
