So fast and easy. I was able to talk to Kevin on the phone about the car that I wanted and he was able to send me all of the information that I needed to my email. I was able to get into the dealership, test drive the car, buy the car, and inspect the car within two and a half hours. If I ever had any questions or concerns he was very knowledgable about the product he was selling. George was the financial guy that I dealt with and for it being nine o'clock at night, he was very friendly and kept a conversation going regarding anything I wanted to talk about and any questions I had regarding the contract process that I was signing. He is an outstanding individual who completed the sale in an expedient manner. Kevin not only sold us the car he became a friend last night. He dealt with us with a professional demeanor seldom seen to this degree. Kevin didn't beat around the bush. He told us the truth about scheduling, delivery, pricing, and all the ins and outs of the car we wanted. Here is an individual that didn't play games but spoke from the heart and gained our trust. I would recommend him highly. We've dealt with Norm Reeves (beginning in Downey and then when they opened in Cerritos) from 1982. Purchasing more than ten cars throughout the years from their dealership we've dealt with many salespeople. Kevin was by far the most excellent we have ever encountered. Norm Reeves is to praised for employing such an asset to their organization. We also dealt with Tony Packeer on the telephone and by email before we went to the dealership. Tony was honest and extremely helpful. He is to be commended. We then went to the Extended Warranty Department and dealt with Frank Wong.
