Honest, straight-forward and willing to work with my time constraints. When I came in to sign, Kevin had a previous commitment so he had Peter Balint lined up and ready to jump in and help me with the paperwork. Seamless. Peter was fantastic and that led me to Ramzi in finance -- first time I have enjoyed my time with a finance manager. No pressured sales tactics from anyone, just professional, courtesy and honest. I will definitely recommend the dealership and each of these gentlemen to my friends and I will certainly buy another vehicle from Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos.
