Proud to have grown-up in Yorktown Virginia! When I left college in 1985 I moved and spent 10 years in Maryland. I got transferred to Charlotte North Carolina in 1995 and then transferred and settled in Pinellas County, Florida in 2002. For entertainment I enjoy Nascar, College Football (Virginia Tech Hokie), Hockey & Golf. My wife (Jennifer) and I enjoy going to the movies. I spoke with Kevin last month from my house in Massachusetts and the minute I talked with him, I got the feeling that he was a person that you could trust to do business with.I arrived in Florida Massachusetts and the minute I talked with him, I got the feeling that he was a person that you could trust to do business with.I arrived in Florida 2 weeks ago and deceided to call him Sunday to see about buying a car. My wife and I set up atime monday morning to see him.By 5PM I was an owner of a Walker Ford.During the time we spent in your showroom we were treated with respect and knowledge and explaing any questions we would ask him.We thought we would have trouble because we were changing our address to florida. We still cannot believe how easy he made it look My wife and I cannot tell enough about the people you have working for you.We would allways tell our friends and any person looking for a car what a good sales person Kevin is and every perrson that we met treated us so nice. We had a great experience at Walker Ford. Kevin Jewel was professional and knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. Initially contacted dealership for an internet quote. Also on-line I clicked on the Ford Credit Pre-approval and answered a very brief questionere and was within minutes pre-approved with Ford Credit for Also on-line I clicked on the Ford Credit Pre-approval and answered a very brief questionere and was within minutes pre-approved with Ford Credit for a loan. Kevin Jewell responded to the request immediately. I went to the dealership and met with Kevin and left a few hours later with my New Car. From the time a walked in the front door, until I Ieft, the staff were friendly and helpful. (Receptionist, Salesman, Business manager etc) All my questions were promptly answered to my satisfaction. The process was simple, informative with no pressure. I reccomend the on-line Credit approval, this saved a lot of time once I decided on my vehicle. This salesman was the only person to call me back and actually take the time to give me pricing info. for the car I wanted. He was curtious and patient, with my choosing the right car. I previously went to another Ford dealership and encountered a salesman who did not know the product/rebates/financing and I did not feel I was treated with respect. From the moment I stepped into encountered a salesman who did not know the product/rebates/financing and I did not feel I was treated with respect. From the moment I stepped into Walker Ford the salesman, Keven Jewel, treated me well. He was very knowledgeable and worked to get me the best possible deal. He stayed in touch with me through the process and upon delivery of my new Escape, spent all the time I needed to orient me to the features of my new car! I was even taken to the Service area and introduced to staff and advised of the hours, services, etc. At the other dealership I had asked if they had Courtesy transporation, as I work nearby, and was told "you won't need it because we have such great hours". Imagine my delight when I asked the same question at Walker and found out not only would they drive me to work if my car needed work, but they offered some free maintenance services the first year. This is customer service at it's best. I could have purchased the same Escape at any dealer, the difference is always the dealership. I left with my new car feeling confident that if I ever have a problem with it, Walker Ford will not only listen, but will truly want to help. More

The guys at Walker Ford made our car buyer experience as convenient as possible. They provided me with pricing, detailed model info and answered all of my questions prior to me having to go to the dealershi convenient as possible.
