i bought a cpo vehicle, worked with Tony Hall in Used car sales. had some problems with Starlink and worked with Kevin on that issue which was resolved. Kevin did everything in his power to bridge my displeasure in the situation. We waited a very long long time to do the financials. We didn't end up getting out till after 5pm & the service dept was closed & couldn't make the appt there for the addional products to be put on the onyx. I paid a lot of money for this vehicle & feel I was made to feel like i was 2nd class by David. The fun exciting experience of buying a new vehicle became diminished. Maybe if I had been a male the situation wouldn't have happened. More
