I was in the market for a car some years ago, and my Uncle recommended Modern Auto to me, saying he had a good experience there. I went down and worked with Joe, the owner, and found a vehicle that was right for me. I enjoyed my experience so much that some years later, after having moved back to New England from living out of the region for a few years, I went back to Modern Auto and Joe helped take care of me again finding a vehicle that met my needs both in function and price. With any vehicle I have purchased from Modern Auto, if I ever found any fallow up concerns after the purchase, I was always taken care of with timely repairs and no cost billed to me. Modern Auto Sales/Service, and its President Joe Caggiano, have always given me a Great experience (5 Stars). I decided it was time to stop dumping money into it and wanted a new car but my budget was very limited. I looked online and found the exact car I wanted but was worried about the price. As soon as I pulled into the Modern Auto Sales parking lot, I was greeted by two friendly and helpful salesmen. I told the salesperson, Tony, that I wanted to test drive a car and I knew which one. He immediately got the car ready and off I went and I was sold! Tony and I discussed my options and things fell into place. I was honest right away about my money limitations and they were honest about what they could do for me, which made things go a lot smoother and there wasn't a lot of back-and-forth discussions. They were very attentive, but not overbearing. I would definitely go back to Modern Auto Sales and would recommend it to anyone. More
