Worst customer service ever. I will not be buying another car from here ever again. I had to wait 2 weeks and call 25 and never got a call back just for mats that should have came with my truck. Was a good experience for the most part. Only thing is, no second key for the purchased vehicle as we were promised. Must pay out of pocket for another one apparently which seems ludicrous for spending 20, no second key for the purchased vehicle as we were promised. Must pay out of pocket for another one apparently which seems ludicrous for spending 20,000.00 for a vehicle. Especially when I’ve called and no one has reached out to rerun my calls. So after a 20k purchase it seems I’ll be spending another 100-200 dollars for another key fob for my wife. Sales person, Rodney, was also a bit unprofessional as well as he seemed like he was a noob at the job. Asking who I voted for isn’t really pertinent to selling a vehicle. The sales manager is the one who closed the deal with us and was much more professional than his counterpart. More
