Fast and efficient! We were in for an oil change on my wife’s wrangler and had a deal done and ready to sign by the time her Jeep was out of service. I stopped in today to see if there was anything that can be done for me. I was calmly assured that if anyone can help me with my credit situation, it would be this place. I had a pleasant, casual experience and Thom went above and beyond to assure me that everything would be okay. I ended up purchasing a 2018 Grand Cherokee and could not be happier. Throughout the whole process, Thom explained what was happening so I was not left wondering. Everything from the test drive to driving off the lot was such an amazing experience. I would highly recommend Thom for all your vehicle needs. He definetly knows cars, knows hot to meet my needs and wants, and kept it friendly. Credit blemishes and issues are not a problem.
